START-exercises for musculoskeletal problems
It is common to have complaints from muscles, tendons and joints. Much goes away on its own, but sometimes the pain continues even though there is almost never any serious illness behind it. For such ailments, it usually helps with simple exercises that you can do yourself for a couple of weeks in addition to general physical activity. This also applies even if you may have received diagnoses such as tendinitis, osteoarthritis, labrum damage, calcification, meniscus damage or the like. Below you will find exercises for different body regions that have been used in research projects and adapted by skilled physiotherapists and doctors.
