How we produce content

We put our professional integrity into creating good and quality-assured content in the form of exercises, program proposals, specialist articles, specific applications (surveys) and diagnostic programs for various patient groups and much more! This is led by a complex team in the content department, which consists of physiotherapists, naprapat, sports physiologists and sports scientists. The employees in the content department have a professional and personal drive, and a desire to contribute to helping more people to be in motion. The varied, interdisciplinary expertise of the team is used to create a product that is easy to use and easy to like.

How do we produce exercises and programs?

Production and publication of the content in ExorLive is a multi-stage quality assurance process, which is mainly based on research, new concepts and customer wishes.

New content produced at the request of customers is always quality assured and pre-approved by the customer. We also refer to current research, environments or concepts from which the exercises are taken, to give users an insight into the professional weight behind the exercises/programmes - where this is relevant.

The models we use are primarily physiotherapists, athletes in various sports or people adapted to specific productions (different diagnoses, age etc.).

We also bring in external professionals who have special expertise in the types of exercises we will be filming. Their role is often to contribute with planning and choosing which exercises are to be filmed, as well as post-work with descriptions of the exercises. External professionals are also present on the actual admission day and ensure the quality of the execution of the exercises.
