Fall preventive exercises

Falling is one of the main challenges for elderly, relatives, and health care services.
Exercise programs have been shown to be efficient and to reduce falls by 29% and the risk of falling by 15%, while individual exercise programs by 32% and 22% respectively. (CSP, 2012).
