Hand exercises

We want to help you provide qualit yassured exercises.
Here you will find exercises for hand rehabilitation.

Wrist Flexion with Weight
The forearm rests in a supine position on the table with the wrist over the edge (use forearm support for extra support). Hold the weight, raise it, and slowly return to starting position.
Passive Mobilisation of Stiff MCP in Flexion
Is executed to obtain tenodesis grip by tetraplegia. If the joints are stiff, each joint should be stretched separately. The assistant must grab just above and below the MCP joint and apply (easy!) traction before he/she executes movement in the flexion. If the joint is particularly stiff a slight massage of the finger is recommended before doing this exercise.
