The CARE questionnaire is intended for elderly people living at home who need follow-up of home care or similar.
Nursing staff can perform a "screening" of the user with regard to functional level and risk of falling, and based on recorded responses and tests receive automatic suggestions for training programs. The overall goal is that the user should be able to receive adapted training (to the extent that it is possible digitally) to maintain or increase function, where the capacity for physiotherapy, or the prioritization of physiotherapy, is not sufficient.
