Environmental, Social and Labor Conditions at ExorLive
Part of the Quality Management System (QMS)
1. Purpose and Scope
ExorLive AS conducts its business in a responsible, ethical, and sustainable manner. This Code of Conduct and Sustainability Policy describes how ExorLive ensures that environmental, social, and ethical requirements are met within the organization and in collaboration with customers and suppliers.
The policy is based on the following international conventions and principles:
The UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948)
The eight ILO Core Conventions No. 29, 87, 98, 100, 105, 111, 138, and 182
The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Article 32
The UN Convention against Corruption
Applicable labor, environmental, and occupational health and safety legislation in each country of operation.
ExorLive applies these principles throughout its operations and expects its partners and suppliers to do the same.
2. Environment and Sustainable Development
ExorLive actively works to reduce its climate impact and contribute to sustainable development. Our digital platform helps streamline customer processes and reduce paper consumption and resource use.
We ensure that:
All offices follow procedures for recycling paper, electronics, batteries, and consumable materials.
Only eco-labeled products and energy-efficient solutions are used whenever possible.
Business travel is planned with consideration for the environment – trains are prioritized over flights, and digital meetings are used extensively.
Our energy consumption is monitored and minimized.
Our suppliers are encouraged to follow the same environmental principles and be able to demonstrate environmental management systems.
Environmental efforts are evaluated annually as part of ExorLive’s Quality Management System (QMS), with goals for continuous improvement.
3. Human Rights and Working Conditions
ExorLive respects and promotes human rights in accordance with UN and ILO conventions. We ensure that:
Child labor does not occur within our operations or supply chain. The minimum working age complies with legislation and is never below 15 years.
Forced or involuntary labor is prohibited. All employment is voluntary and may be terminated in accordance with applicable laws.
Non-discrimination is applied. Everyone has equal opportunities regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or political opinion.
Freedom of association is respected, and employees have the right to organize and engage in collective bargaining.
The working environment is safe and healthy. We provide training, protective equipment, and procedures for fire safety and first aid.
Wages and working hours comply with laws and agreements. Employees receive fair wages, leave, and benefits in accordance with legislation.
4. Anti-Corruption and Business Ethics
ExorLive has zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, or improper advantages. We promote transparency and integrity in all business relationships and ensure that:
No employee or partner offers, requests, or accepts inappropriate gifts, payments, or services.
All business transactions are properly and transparently documented.
Conflicts of interest are avoided and reported when necessary.
5. Follow-Up and Responsibility
ExorLive monitors this policy through its Quality Management System (QMS). The policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary. Management is responsible for ensuring that the principles are implemented throughout the organization and communicated to employees, customers, and suppliers.
6. Reporting and Transparency
ExorLive encourages openness and dialogue. Any suspicions of violations of this Code of Conduct or Sustainability Policy can be reported confidentially to:

7. Adoption and Updates
This Code of Conduct and Sustainability Policy is updated at least every two years and in response to changes in legislation or collective agreements. The policy is part of ExorLive’s Quality Management System (QMS) and is published on the company’s website
